August 8, 2008 The Ministry of Northern Development and Mines has resolved technical issues associated with the CLAIMSÂ database and the Mining Claims Information (MCI) website. The August 8, 2008 list of cancellations involves claims with due dates ranging from July 17, 2008 to August 6, 2008. The posting date for these claims is Tuesday August 12, 2008. All subsequent cancellations and postings will be processed normally. Please note that transaction numbers during the period July 14 to July 17, 2008 may be different than those contained on reports printed from MCI during the period July 18 to August 7 when MCI was not updated and retained a July 17, 2008 data extract. Please review the current information and report any discrepancies, other than different transaction numbers, to the Provincial Recording Office at 1-888-415-9845. We apologize for any inconvenience. |
